The Onboarding Coordinator will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires supporting various project sites in surrounding regions. In addition to onboarding responsibilities, this role provides essential office support to keep daily operations running efficiently. You'll be a key point of contact for candidates, employees, and visitors, playing an important role in maintaining our strong team culture.
