We are looking for an HR & Compliance Administrator to join our team and take ownership of key administrative functions in both human resources and health & safety.
We're on the lookout for a sharp, organised, and proactive HR & Compliance Administrator to become a key part of our team at Prime Property Group. Based in our Wellington Head Office, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep people, systems, and processes running smoothly. As the HR & Compliance Administrator, you'll take ownership of a wide range of HR and health & safety tasks — from managing our HRIS (BambooHR), coordinating recruitment and onboarding, to maintaining training and food safety platforms. You'll be the go-to person for everything from staff announcements and employment contracts to compliance tracking and reporting. Day to day, you'll be involved in recruiting new team members, helping them feel welcome from the moment they're hired, maintaining employee records, keeping training systems up to date, and working alongside our H&S team to ensure everything is compliant and well-documented. You'll also assist with preparing reports, reviewing policies, supporting our staff rewards program, and generally helping keep the workplace humming. We're looking for someone with a background in HR administration who's tech-savvy, highly organised, and comfortable juggling competing priorities. You'll have experience using tools like BambooHR, Typsy, and ideally Chomp Food Safety or Control Point, or be a fast learner ready to get up to speed. Strong communication skills are a must, along with a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in helping people. You'll also need to be confident working with data and reports, and happy to take initiative when it comes to improving processes and systems.
