Primary Staffing Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to support and grow our operations in Bolingbrook, Illinois. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building strong client relationships, supporting recruiting efforts, and ensuring operational excellence by connecting the right talent with our clients’ needs. The Account Manager will serve as a key liaison between clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure successful staffing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
• Coordinate with the recruiting team to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing orders
• Promote open positions through various recruiting channels and outreach efforts
• Recruit, interview, and identify qualified candidates based on job descriptions and client requirements
• Screen and select the most qualified candidates to meet client expectations
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, and client satisfaction
• Conduct regular client visits and check-ins to ensure service quality
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements
• Track account activity, staffing needs, and performance metrics

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, account management, or client services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in industrial or light industrial staffing is a plus
