The Account Manager, Media is a crucial role that will enable us to deliver high-performing paid media campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients. Specifically, this entails:
- Acting as the key point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring strong communication and client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve ad-related technical issues and propose optimization strategies.
- Delivering actionable insights through clear and detailed performance reporting.
- Supporting the growth of team expertise and alignment with company processes.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide clients with campaign updates, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations.
- Lead client meetings including campaign reviews and business updates.
- Identify opportunities for upselling services to deliver additional value.
- Manage and oversee performance campaigns to ensure they meet client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (performance, strategy) for smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign health, proactively resolving any issues.
- Prepare and present performance reports with insights and optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing and process improvements within the team.
- Ensure adherence to Primal's internal processes and reporting standards.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with strong retention.
- Deliver campaigns that consistently achieve client goals.
- Identify and secure opportunities to grow client accounts.
- Maintain high-quality reporting, communication, and process compliance.
- Proven expertise in account management, preferably within digital marketing or advertising.
- Strong understanding of performance media and paid media platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate campaign performance and provide insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
