Location: Northeast Houston, TX 77049 Pay Rate: $20 to $22/hr DOE (Higher pay available for candidates with proven experience and advanced skill)

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Customer Service Representative acts as the communication bridge between the warehouse operations team and customers. This role ensures that all inbound and outbound shipments are accurately documented, reported, and communicated in a timely and professional manner. The representative will also support daily warehouse activities, including taking photos, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take on-site photos of inbound and outbound cargo when required.
• Prepare, organize, and submit inbound/outbound warehouse reports to customers.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation for daily warehouse activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding order status, discrepancies, or delays.
• Follow company procedures and ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards.
• Support inventory accuracy by cross-checking system data and physical counts when necessary.
• Assist in improving workflow efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, reporting).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to walk or sit for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics customer service is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse office setting with frequent walking to warehouse floor areas.
• May occasionally lift or move light items for documentation or inspection purposes.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
