About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Trade Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Doral, FL. This role will play a key part in driving brand visibility and sales performance across retail and foodservice channels. Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of trade marketing strategies and campaigns
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive in-store promotions and product launches
• Coordinate merchandising initiatives to ensure strong in-store execution
• Assist with planning and execution of trade shows, events, and industry expos
• Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and external partners
• Coordinate product sampling and demo programs
• Track and analyze campaign performance to support continuous improvement
• Ensure brand consistency across all trade marketing activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in trade marketing or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with agencies, suppliers, or vendors

Nice to Have

• Retail or FMCG industry experience
• Experience supporting trade shows, events, and expos
• Merchandising execution experience
• Experience with sampling and demo coordination
• Knowledge of basic trade marketing principles
• Experience coordinating with agencies and/or suppliers

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Per Year
