Dynamic Sales Representative In Real Estate Title Industry

We are partnering with a growing, high-volume title agency in South Pinellas County to find a dynamic and established sales representative in the real estate title industry. This role is solely focused on local market development with the realtors in Pinellas County. This position is ideal for a charismatic, relationship-driven professional who is already familiar with the local real estate community and is motivated to drive aggressive business growth. This role offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission potential, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Title Sales Executive will be responsible for business development and relationship management across the local real estate and financial community.

  • Local Business Development: Introduce the firm's services to, meet with, and work consistently with local realtors, brokers, bankers, and other centers of influence to generate local closing business.
  • Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with existing accounts in the South Pinellas County area.
  • Community Engagement: Represent the firm at local industry events, actively engaging with potential clients and driving company growth in the St. Petersburg and Seminole communities.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial introduction and presentation to successfully transitioning new business to the operations team.
  • Market Insight: Leverage existing knowledge of the South Pinellas County real estate market and business environment to identify strategic growth opportunities.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in sales or account management within the title, mortgage, or real estate sectors is required.
  • Local Expertise: Strong familiarity with the real estate landscape, key professionals, and business environment in St. Petersburg and South Pinellas County.
  • Title Process Knowledge: The ideal candidate will already be familiar with the title and closing process.
  • Communication & Charisma: Exceptional communication skills and a charismatic personality that thrives on engaging with others and building long-lasting professional relationships.
  • Drive: Proven ability to work independently, manage a busy schedule, and possess the drive needed to hit and exceed sales targets.
