This critical role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of managing highly confidential information with the utmost integrity, impeccable organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the urgency and precision required for payroll processing.
Own and execute the end-to-end processing of payroll with precision, efficiency, and a deep understanding of urgency. This task requires exceptional focus and ability to manage competing priorities, especially during processing deadlines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR support and coordination. This includes managing new hire onboarding/paperwork, maintaining meticulous employee records, assisting with benefits administration, and coordinating HR-related scheduling.
Uphold the highest standard of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee, financial, and company information.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of all HR and payroll files in compliance with company standards.
Provide dedicated, proactive support to a senior executive or leadership team, managing all aspects of their professional life, including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Act as a professional gatekeeper, effectively managing internal and external stakeholder inquiries and correspondence.
Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations for executive-level meetings.
Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and lead proactive problem-solving efforts to anticipate and resolve administrative and operational challenges.
Extensive, demonstrable experience providing high-level administrative and executive support to a senior-level team member, Executive, or C-suite officer.
Essential, verifiable experience with processing payroll and providing dedicated HR support and coordination functions.
Proven track record of successfully handling highly confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment is non-negotiable.
Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to successfully manage competing priorities .
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with relevant HR/Payroll software systems.
