Senior Customer Service Representative

PrideStaff is currently seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative for a flooring company in the City of Industry, CA. This is a full-time, contract to permanent position with opportunity to grow. Please see job requirements below to be considered.

Pay Rate: $25.00 to $30.00

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Core Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day customer service inquiries and order processing.
• Process and manage orders for larger key accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Process sample orders and coordinate with the sample production team for fulfillment.
• Address escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Collaborate with sales, accounting, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and order fulfillment.
• Forecast moldings and accessories as needed and place purchase orders with local vendors.
• Handle full truckload transfers of material needed for the local warehouse.
• Vet and select local freight companies to balance cost savings with reliable service.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as the role develops.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of customer service experience (preferably in wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing).
• Proven ability to handle larger accounts and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and ability to learn ERP/CRM systems quickly.
• Leadership/supervisory experience preferred for candidates at the manager level.
• Flooring industry background and/or prior experience using OMS ERP system, would be a plus.
