Sales And Logistics Clerk

This position will support both the Logistics and Sales teams with order entry, invoicing, filing and other department related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process new orders and enter order information into the system.
• Handle documentation for shipped orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Prepare and process invoices for shipped orders in a timely manner.
• Occasionally handle phone calls from carriers and assist with appointment scheduling.

Sales Team Support:

• Respond to customer requests for documents such as invoices, shipping confirmations and product information.
• Support the Sales Team in monitoring packaging inventory to ensure adequate supplies.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with any other sales-related projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Additional education is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales or logistics support is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with order management or logistics software.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, hourly position with regular business hours.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Occasional overtime may be required depending on workload.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
