This full-time Direct Hire Regional Sales Manager position in Irvine, CA ($95-100K/year + bonus/car allowance) requires 60-70% travel to develop, promote, and sell food processing equipment. Responsibilities include daily prospect/customer outreach, Salesforce management, creating sales strategies, and attending lab tests in CA and NJ, with benefits active after a 90-day probation period.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Strategy: Identify new prospects and manage existing client relationships, developing strategic plans for designated areas to increase company profit.
• Business Development: Conduct daily, in-person, email, and phone contact with potential customers.
• Presentations & Support: Develop sales materials, conduct product demonstrations, and manage dealer relationships.
• Administration: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, submit semiannual action plans, and follow up on quotations.
• Customer Support: Analyze customer needs, define budgets, and coordinate with technical staff.

Position Details

• Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday.
• Travel: 60-70% required to visit customers and attend lab tests (CA/NJ).
• Compensation: $95,000 - $100,000 per year, plus bonus and car allowance (if no company car is provided).

• Reporting To: Sales Manager/Director.

Requirements

• Based in or near Irvine, CA.
• Strong experience in sales, ideally within capital or industrial equipment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce).

This role requires a proactive approach to developing the territory and providing high-level service to both existing and new clients in the food industry.
