We are seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to lead our team of 25 field technicians. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee all aspects of our residential and commercial plumbing services, ensuring our team provides top-notch service and maintains a high level of professionalism.

This is a hands-on role for a candidate with a strong background in plumbing. While no specific licenses are required, a deep understanding of plumbing systems and practical field experience are essential. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance, managing schedules, and conducting quality control checks to ensure all projects are completed to our company's standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 25 plumbing service technicians.
• Oversee daily operations for both residential and commercial projects.
• Conduct on-site visits to ensure quality of work and provide technical support.
• Coordinate technician schedules and project assignments to maximize efficiency.
• Train new technicians and provide ongoing professional development for the team.
• Address and resolve customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all team members comply with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Extensive, hands-on experience in the plumbing field 10+ years of experience is preferred
• Proven leadership or management experience, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• A clean driving record is required.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
