Part Time Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative for a well known trade show shipping company in Lemont, IL! You will be responsible for helping customers/vendors by providing product and service information. The ideal candidate must possess an outgoing personality and a positive mindset.

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 10am-4pm

Pay: $20 per hour

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and make calls (warm leads)
Provide information about the products and services including providing quotes
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge of services
Work closely with Sales Reps

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
