Office Manager

We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure our business runs smoothly and profitably. You'll be the go-to person for everything from administrative and HR processes to financial and IT management.

This role is for a highly organized and motivated leader who can manage people and systems to meet company goals. You will be responsible for:

  • Office & Administrative Management: Lead the administrative and dispatch teams, handle vendor relationships, and manage day-to-day office functions to ensure operational excellence and profitability.
  • HR Leadership: Oversee all HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
  • Financial & Inventory Management: Maintain accounts receivable, manage billing and bank deposits, and optimize inventory and purchasing processes.
  • Systems & Technology: Serve as the subject matter expert for our primary software (ServiceTitan) and other IT systems, leveraging them to drive efficiency and performance.

You'll be a key player in a growing company, with the opportunity to take on more leadership responsibilities as we expand. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a knack for process optimization, and a proven track record of accountability.
