Direct Hire Opportunity

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm (Must be Flexible)

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 (Depending on Experience) + KPI Bonus + Revenue Incentive Bonus + Licensing Bonuses

Job Summary:

• Start as a hands-on warehouse/operations coordinator
• Supervise and collaborate with warehouse staff
• Support production, receiving, shipping, inventory, and DSCSA/EPCIS workflows
• Learn DEA compliance, multi-state DR requirements, and SOP disciplines
• Operate within a modern, digital workflow environment (email-heavy communication, WMS instant messaging, cloud-based tools)
• Work directly with the CEO (primary relationship)
• Interact with the Business Development Director (secondary relationship)
• Progress through an 18-month structured development program
• Obtain required state Designated Representative licenses (AZ, CA, FL, AL)
• Support DEA-compliant operations as the company becomes registered
• Become eligible for promotion to Senior Logistics Manager only after required licensure
• Ultimately develop into the acting operational authority when the CEO is unavailable

Requirements:

• Strong warehouse operations competency
• Cycle counts, reconciliation, and variance investigation
• Shipping/receiving proficiency
• WMS/ERP familiarity and ability to quickly adopt new tools
• High proficiency with email communication and digital documentation
• Comfortable using instant-messaging-based workflow tools
• Hands-on leadership skills
• High emotional intelligence and mature professional presence
• 2+ years in a leadership/management role
