Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Shop Floor Management: General upkeep (office supplies, tagging, keeping products in presentable order), attentiveness to clients, answering the shop phone, and receiving and marking packages and fabrics that arrive.
- Post-Sale Customer Service: Outbound shipping coordination, customer follow-up and facilitating custom orders from purchase to completion.
Pay Range: $25/hr. to $34/hr., DOE
Compensation/Pay Rate (Up To): $25.00 - $34.00
