Title of Position: Membership Services Coordinator

Location: Thousand Oaks

Pay: $25/hr - $27/hr DOE

Hours: 9am - 5pm M-F

This role isn't just about administration—it's about being the heartbeat of the Association. As the Member Services Coordinator, you are the primary architect of the member experience, reporting directly to the CEO to ensure our community thrives.

Core Responsibilities

• Onboard new members with high energy.
• Manage precise financial payment processing.
• Expertly navigate benefits and policies.
• Lead broker compliance and audits.
• Maintain flawless electronic member records.
• Coordinate high-impact Association events.

The MLS Edge

• Command the Multiple Listing Service system.
• Guard the integrity of MLS data.
• Train members on cutting-edge tools.
• Own lockbox logistics and tech support.
• Lead the weekly Broker Tour action.
• Create exciting MLS marketing content.
