Member Services Representative - Dallas

Location: Addison, TX Compensation: $22/HR Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM Type of Work: 100% On-Site MUST CARRY ACTIVE GENERAL LINES: LIFE, ACCIDENT, AND HEALTH LICENSE. This temp-to-hire, 100% onsite role offers significant career growth and direct exposure to leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Manage high-volume incoming calls from employees and their dependents.
• Guide individuals through complex benefit inquiries, often during challenging times like surgeries or serious illnesses.
• Provide accurate information with a high level of empathy and urgency.
• Help individuals understand their available benefits.
• Assist in applying for additional programs that offer rebates or credits.
• Research complex inquiries thoroughly and accurately when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a high-volume customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Demonstrated ability to show empathy and maintain a calm, professional demeanor when assisting individuals facing difficult situations.
• Strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-up skills to ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
• Exceptional research skills and the ability to quickly grasp and accurately convey complex information.
• Proficiency in navigating computer systems and databases to retrieve information.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and concise delivery.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Dallas.

Compensation: $22/hr
