Bilingual English/Spanish It Database Specialist

Large development and manufacturing company in Camarillo is looking for a Bilingual English/Spanish IT Database Specialist. The IT Database Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, modifying, and improving the organization's production databases and labeling systems. You will also migrate systems from legacy platforms to newer platforms, such as Office 365 and MariaDB.

IT Support Specialist Status: Temp Location: Camarillo, CA (Corporate Office) Schedule: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Pay: $26.00–$31.00/hr (DOE)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• TCP/IP networks and the ability to troubleshoot network issues from the client side.
• Microsoft Entra ID, including Users, Groups, Roles, and Devices.
• Microsoft Exchange, covering Mailboxes, Groups, and Contacts.
• Microsoft Windows 10, 11, and Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Microsoft Server Active Directory
• Proficiency in following IT procedures, ensuring the accurate completion of tickets and assignments.
• Ability to effectively work with CoPilot AI to improve productivity, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Troubleshoot issues related to CPUs, RAM, motherboards, and storage devices, along with the ability to optimize and upgrade hardware.
• Clear and professional communication, with the ability to effectively interact with users, supervisors, and managers, both technical and non-technical.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least two (2) years of IT support in an environment that uses Microsoft 365 and includes troubleshooting Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• At least two (2) years of experience troubleshooting, upgrading, and replacing computer hardware components.
• At least one (1) year of experience configuring networked devices to be used on a TCP/IP network.
• At least one (1) year of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 and 11.
• Configuring apps and working with advanced settings on smartphone OSes such as iOS and Android.
• Proficiency in documenting support activities, incident reports, and solutions for future reference.
