Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative – Industrial Distribution

PrideStaff is partnering with a leading industrial wholesale distributor in their search for a dedicated Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join their team.

The ideal candidate has experience in a business-to-business distribution environment and is passionate about providing outstanding customer support while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes to B2B customers and proactively follow up on all sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain deep product knowledge across all company lines, including Commercial and Industrial Insulation, FRP paneling, and more.
• Collaborate with the branch manager to set and achieve sales goals aligned with overall branch performance.
• Deliver exceptional, end-to-end customer service, managing the order process from initial inquiry to completion.
• Assist with warehouse functions and other operational duties as needed to ensure a smooth-running branch.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in a B2B distribution environment is required.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take personal ownership of responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A passion for customer service and a drive to contribute to business growth.
• Strong multitasking abilities to handle various sales and operational tasks efficiently.

Compensation / Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
