Our client is a contract packer or co-packer, co-packs ready to drink beverage products in aluminum cans ranging from juices, energy drinks, teas and carbonated soda drinks in a wide variety of aluminum can sizes.
Summary
This position will assist the HR department with an end of year audit on personnel files including I-9 documentation.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a or 8a start time for 8 hours until project completed about 1-2 weeks. Pay: Up to $22/hr for qualified candidates Location: Clackamas *Only transit accessible from certain locations*
What You'll Do:
Lead a thorough audit of all Form I-9 documents.
Identify and log all deficiencies, including missing, incomplete, or incorrect forms and supporting ID copies.
Assist with necessary corrections and documentation/logging processes required during the audit.
What We're Looking For:
Strong familiarity with Form I-9 requirements, processes, and correction protocols.
Proven ability to maintain sustained attention to detail for tedious, high-stakes compliance work.
Experience in an HR or administrative role where I-9 management was a core responsibility.
