Outbound Vendor Outreach Specialist

We are partnering with a casual, family-oriented company to find an organized and assertive individual who enjoys making outbound calls to educate businesses on upcoming changes to their agreements. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable making structured outbound calls and are motivated by achieving clear client goals. You will focus on outreach to existing vendors, serving a vital function in communicating program and policy changes. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct a high volume of structured outbound calls to existing company vendors to discuss program changes and available options.
• Clearly and accurately advise vendors of updates to program terms and payment policies.
• Effectively multitask between calls, accurately logging detailed notes, updating vendor records, and utilizing copy/paste functions within various systems.
• Set and maintain high standards of performance by completing all daily outreach and documentation tasks with responsibility and accountability.
• Quickly adapt to process and technology changes within the outreach platform and internal tracking systems.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous business-to-business outreach, professional call center, or inside sales experience is required.
• Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to type at a minimum speed of 45 WPM. Must be able to pass a basic computer and phone skills test.
• Must be open to constructive coaching and willing to adapt communication techniques based on feedback.
• Exemplary attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
• Must reside in the local area and have reliable transportation to the office.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $20.00
