Full-Time E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Pridestaff is seeking a Full-Time E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day digital commerce workflows for a fast-growing unique online local retailer. This is a critical on-site position in our West Palm Beach, FL warehouse office.

Key Responsibilities - What You'll Do

• Operations Ownership: Own the Shopify platform and all daily e-commerce operations.
• Fulfillment & Team: Oversee one warehouse teammate handling physical shipping and assist with customer service.
• Inventory & Purchasing: Maintain strict inventory accuracy and manage purchase orders/invoicing for high-value custom wheelchair builds.
• Financial Flow: Handle invoicing (vendor payments, customer collections) and generate quotes for large institutional orders.
• Digital Marketing: Manage product listings, utilize SEO for traffic growth, run email campaigns (2-4/month), and create basic short-form social content.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and build scalable systems for efficiency as the company grows.

• Strong understanding of SEO principles.
• Experience with social media platforms (TikTok/Instagram) and basic content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).

Flexible schedule and Paid Time Off

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $55,000.00 - $65,000.00
