Dealer Support Representative
Location: Plano 75075
Schedule: Two Shifts available: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Monday- Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm
Pay: $21/hr

THIS POSITION IS 100% ON-SITE
Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dealer Support Representative to join their team! In this role, you'll be the friendly face of our client, helping new dealer customers get set up and running with their electric vehicles. You'll spend your days making a real difference by:
- Onboarding new customers and showing them the ropes of the portal
- Chasing down leads via phone and email
- Ensuring all the contract details are handled and filed away
- Providing crucial support to our client's Co-Founder on various sales tasks
Requirements:
- Solid Data Entry skills
- Intermediate computer skills and some technical support capability
- Strong communication skills.
- Organizational skills
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $21.00 - $21.00
