PrideStaff is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing client in the University Park, IL area. This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE position, and a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is interested in learning a multitude of responsibilities within an office environment. 1st shift- 8:00am-4:30pm

$18/hr

You will perform clerical and administrative functions and provide support in various roles, including but not limited to:

• Customer service
• Human Resources
• Accounting
• Data entry

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with various departments to ensure tasks are completed timely
• Answer inbound calls and inquiries from customers, clients, and guests
• Greet and assist onsite personnel
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Utilize computer software such as Microsoft Office (Excel) to input and share data
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Assist with basic office duties such as faxing, filing, copying, etc.
• Perform all other office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Computer and typing skills
• MUST be dependable and have excellent attendance!
