Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday Pay Rate: $16 - $17.50 /hr. DOE Location: Fort Myers, FL Experience: 1 + Years Call Center Experience

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, and finding the best solution.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
• Process orders, forms, and requests accurately.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and solve customer issues.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service role or a similar client-facing position.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer software and CRM systems.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
