Job: Customer Service Representative Pay: $22 - $25 per hour Schedule: Full-Time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, M-F Location: Pacoima
Be the primary contact for our distributors, managing 35-50+ daily calls and emails.
Master the order process from start to finish, ensuring every detail and approval is perfect.
Drive sales by actively cross-selling, up-selling, and following up on all leads.
Build relationships by preparing quotes, managing sample requests, and supporting our sales reps.
Hunt for new business by prospecting new distributors within your territories.
Proactively manage logistics, monitoring ship dates and communicating any changes.
Be a problem-solver by researching and processing invoice credits.
Represent our brand at trade shows and on special assignments.

2+ years of customer service in a product-related industry (not service or banking).
Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume environment of calls, emails, and order detailing.
Tech-Savvy: Expertise in Microsoft Outlook is required.
Bonus Points: Experience with Sage's MAS 200 (ERP 100) is a huge plus!
