Duties

• Provide excellent customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or service inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry in our systems.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage customer information effectively.
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while interacting with customers to maintain professionalism.

Skills

• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
• Proven experience in customer service or client services roles is preferred.
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry tasks.
• Familiarity with call center operations and outbound calling techniques is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Experience in cash handling is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $23.00 Per Hour
