Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, First Shift 8:00 am-5:00 pm Pay Rate: $21 - $24/hr DOE Location: Seattle, WA

Customer Service Representative Job Duties and Requirements:

• Professionally answer inbound calls from customers.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints.
• Research solutions utilizing multiple resources.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills necessary.
• Strong computer skills including data entry/typing.
