Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00-5:00 PM) Pay Range: $16/hr - $18/hr Location: Fairfax, VA - 22030

Customer Service Representative Job Duties and Requirements:

• Professionally answer inbound calls from customers.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints.
• Research solutions utilizing multiple resources.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills necessary.
• Strong computer skills including data entry/typing.
