We are currently looking for a full time Customer Service Representative for a company located in the Joliet/Elwood area. The CSR will answer customer emails, schedule appointments, check drivers in/out (will be required to seal trucks), answer questions/request for ops department, verify close inbound loads and ship confirm outbound loads; will also correspond with carriers for ETA's and schedule changes.
1st shift 8am-4pm (MUST be available for OT as needed)
$20/hr
The ideal candidate will have solid customer service and/or logistics experience, the ability to respond to high volume emails and communicate with various members of the organization, flexible availability (1st shift/OT) when necessary, and knowledge of WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
