HVAC Customer Service Representative

We have a client which is one of the fastest growing HVAC companies in the DFW metroplex area. We are looking for an experienced HVAC customer service representative to join our team of professionals. This position provides customer service to the Louisiana/Mississippi area from our Dallas office. We use Great Plains Software.

Work hours are flexible, Monday-Friday.

Job Requirements:

• Must be an experienced in customer service, dedicated and self-motivated. Looking for steady employment with opportunity for professional growth and development.
• Dispatch experience.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check.
• Must be able to handle a fast pace, high-stress environment and have organizational skills.
• Great Plains Software experience is a plus.
• HVAC, plumbing or electrical background is a plus.
