Counter Sales Associate I Job Duties and Requirements:

• Works directly with customers to evaluate their needs, recommend products, and communicate features, benefits, and warranty information.
• Operates a stand-up forklift to pull customer orders from the warehouse and assist with unloading deliveries.
• Responsible for stocking and organizing products, and ensuring the proper storage of Lennox-branded and other HVAC-related supplies.
• Strictly follows all safety, health, and security standards within the warehouse and on the sales counter.
• Requires a high school diploma, good oral and written communication skills, computer proficiency (Microsoft applications), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
