Job Title: Contract Inside Sales Agent

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Inside Sales Agent to join our team for a 6-12 month contract. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for making outbound calls to guide individuals through a phone-based activity to confirm their eligibility for various programs. The work schedule will primarily be Monday – Friday, with some Saturday shifts required, totaling 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to engage with potential program participants.
Clearly explain program details and guide individuals through the eligibility confirmation process.
Accurately record and manage data using web-based applications.
Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor while interacting with patients.
Ensure all interactions and data entries comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a call center or inside sales environment.
Proficiency in using web-based applications for data management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
