Client in Visalia seeking an Account Representative to perform inbound and outbound phone calls following up on student accounts. Two to three years of collections or costumer service experience preferred. Individual will be responsible for monitoring account balances, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues. Collaborate with student services and academic departments to address financial concerns. Assist students with understanding their financial obligations. Provide guidance on payment options and installment plans to bring accounts current and remain on track. Monitor overdue accounts and initiate outreach efforts. Develop strategies to reduce delinquency rates. Monitor and enforce compliance with the university's policy on payment of student account charges. Keep track of payment trends and outstanding balances. Generate regular financial reports related to student accounts, outstanding balances and payment trends. Analyze data to identify patterns and recommend improvements. Individual must have experience with inbound and outbound calls, some collections and great customer service experience. Monday through Friday available 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule may fluctuate.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
