A/R Collections Specialist
We are working with a well respected and known CPA firm in the St. Petersburg area that is looking for an A/R Collections Specialist. In this role you will be working on A/R issues both for the firm, and their clients. This role is a temporary position that could possibly turn into a permanent role for the right candidate.
Skills:
- Prior collections experience with clients paying invoices and collections outreach
- Strong customer service background
- Clear communicator who can explain payment options and next steps
- Organized and persistent with follow-ups
- Professional and able to maintain boundaries
- Problem solver
- Very process oriented and detailed
- Can work well as part of a team
- Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $24.00
