Administrative & Inside Sales Coordinator

PrideStaff Financial is excited to partner with a fast-growing, high-tech security company that continues to expand nationwide. We're searching for an energetic, tech-savvy professional to join their team in a role that blends administrative support with inside sales responsibilities.

Position Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow into an Account Manager position. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and confident in communicating with both clients and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Account Management team
  • Assist with sales outreach, including making follow-up calls and scheduling meetings
  • Create and update email campaigns using Mailchimp
  • Maintain and organize documents within Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prepare and manage spreadsheets in Excel (strong proficiency required)
  • Post newsletters and company updates on Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Track sales activity, update CRM tools, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Handle other administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative or inside sales experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, and MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fast learner with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable making sales calls and supporting business development efforts
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
