A well established and growing manufacturing company in San Clemente is seeking an Office Assistant / Admin Support person to assist the project manager with a variety of responsibilities. This is a full-time, on-site, temp-to-hire position, Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM. The starting pay is $22-23.50/hr based on experience. This is a small 3 person office in a laid back atmosphere with lots of long-term growth potential.
Being detail oriented with strong organization skills is key to success in this role. Someone who is flexible and teachable and wants to learn will thrive in this role. Training will be provided and the position will start out with filing and data entry while getting familiar with products, the process and customers. Eventually assisting with invoicing, AR/AP, formulas, pricing, SKUs and general administrative tasks. Someone that is consistently on-time with good attendance, communication skills and customer service oriented with experience working on Microsoft Outlook is highly desired.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $23.50 Per Hour
