This position will lead talent acquisition for the Support and System Services functions area. This role drives strategic hiring initiatives, partners with functional leaders, and ensures a seamless, tech-enabled candidate experience across diverse disciplines.

Work Schedule: Hybrid (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or associate degree preferred; or 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience across corporate or operational functions.
- 3 years of experience managing recruiting teams and working with senior stakeholders.
- ATS experience, with preference for Workday Recruitment.
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to shared services or integrated health system environments.
- Familiarity with workforce forecasting and talent market insights.

Responsibilities:
- Build and execute strategies for varied functional areas.
- Lead and develop a team of recruiters; manage workload, performance, and professional growth.
- Partner with department leaders and HRBPs to understand talent needs and workforce plans.
- Use ATS (e.g., Workday) and CRM tools to streamline processes and enhance candidate engagement.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
- Promote internal mobility and career pathing across system services.
- Support employment branding and digital sourcing strategies.
- Ensure alignment with organizational values and DEI goals.
- Participate in offer negotiation and resource allocation planning.
- Other duties as assigned.
