Manager Of Hr Operations – Shared Services
We are seeking a process-driven, innovative, and service-oriented Manager Of HR Operations – Shared Services to lead our centralized HR operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, consistent, and high-quality delivery of HR services across the organization. You will drive process improvements, oversee HRIS operations, and enhance employee interactions with HR through technology and service design.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in HR operations or shared services leadership.
- Experience in a large, centralized HR model with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle) and Microsoft Suite.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and service delivery metrics.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule:
- In-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Preferred:
- Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement certification.
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and automation in HR.
- Background in policy development and employee relations oversight.
Responsibilities
- Lead the HR Shared Services team in delivering core HR services, including: HR Help Desk support (AskHR), employee records and HRIS transactions, offboarding/separation process/exit interviews, employee/provider engagement survey administration, PHS HR Policies, tuition reimbursement, employee recognition program, policies, etc.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR transactions and documentation in line with company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
- Oversee HRIS data accuracy and integrity by the teams that the role supports; act as point of contact for HRIS system enhancements, updates, integrations that interface with the team to support increased efficiencies.
- Oversee direct report team in HRIS testing and integration of enhancements, updates, etc. that support the team and the employees/leaders that are clients.
- Manages the HR information system (HRIS) used by the team and other relevant technologies to support efficient operations.
- Process optimization - Identifying areas for improvement in HR processes, implementing changes, and ensuring consistency and standardization across the organization.
- Develop, implement, communicate, monitor, and improve HR policies, procedures, and technologies, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Drive standardization, automation, and process improvement across all HR Shared Services.
- Manage reporting and analytics for the HR Operations group and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Train and support the HR Shared Services team to deliver high levels of service and operational excellence.
- Serve as an escalation point for employee queries or complex HR operational issues for the team.
- Performs ongoing quality and productivity monitoring of staff and provides routine feedback to all staff.
- Build effective and efficient teams and provides direct supervision to team members.
- Manage and coordinate personnel activities, including hiring, handling employee complaints, appeals and corrective action, counseling, documentation, and conducting performance evaluations. Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
- Other duties, special projects assigned.

Maximum Offer For This Position Is Up To
USD $56.92/Hr.
