With the ASTOR Film Lounge HafenCity, Hamburg's first premium cinema has been opened: a film theater that aims to bring the benefits of cinema enjoyment back to the people of Hamburg through exceptional service and comfort. From the cloakroom and welcome cocktail to the adjustable lounge chair in the cinema rooms, in-seat service, and parking facilities directly in the building, visitors are offered a level of comfort that they have not experienced in a cinema before. To strengthen our team at the ASTOR Film Lounge HafenCity, we are looking for service staff (m/w/d) in part-time positions starting immediately.

Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• The sale of drinks, small meals, and other products from our offer
• Serving our guests in the foyer and cinema room
• Organizing work processes and being responsible for service quality in all areas
• General preparation and follow-up work in the service area
• Advising on the sale of cinema tickets and vouchers
• Admission control, seat assignment, and room cleaning

Qualifications

• A positive demeanor, natural friendliness, and a strong service-oriented mindset
• A neat appearance with good manners
• Enjoyment of working in a team and a willingness to continuously learn new things
• The willingness to work on weekends, nights, shifts, and public holidays
• Enthusiasm for the ASTOR Film Lounge concept
