JOB SCOPE:
This position will be tasked with all aspects of handling road service calls. Fielding calls for service assistance. Getting and documenting all pertinent information. Determining needed repair and or tire services. Matching vendors for service and following through with them. Documenting everything in GP for the branch and the invoice for the customer. This position will also work on several duties while not handling service requests. This position will cover the night shift (9PM - 7AM), 4 days a week. The successful candidate will work an 8AM - 5PM shift, Monday through Friday during training (approximately 1 month).
