✨ About The Role
- Serve as the main point of contact for financial institutions after contracts have been signed
- Collaborate with project managers and software engineers to deploy bank deposit account products and services to customers on-time and within budget
- Grow customer relationships through education, training, and implementation of best practices
- Master the use of internal tools to deploy out-of-the-box and tailored solutions
- Collaborate with customers, understand their problems, and design applications using internal tools to address their needs
âš¡ Requirements
- Experience working in the sales and implementation phase with large Enterprise or institutional customers
- Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe, Excel, and DocuSign in a professional environment, ideally in a startup setting
- Strong knowledge of how financial products and services work, although not necessary
- Previous experience in customer interactions and problem-solving
- Ability to think on your feet and solve problems during customer calls
