- Lead and manage the entire quality assurance lifecycle, from test planning to execution, ensuring high-quality products that meet clients' needs
- Develop detailed test plans, identify, document, and track software defects, and perform both manual and automated testing
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new features do not negatively impact existing functionality, continuously improving testing processes and methodologies
- Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements, provide updates on test status, and participate in requirement reviews

âš¡ Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
- Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium or Playwright, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive innovation in banking
