The Commercial Customer Service Manager will work onsite at our flagship metals plant in Cannon-Muskegon (in West Michigan). Rich relocation support is available for non-local candidates.
*Travel may be occasionally required as needed for Customer visits and Customer engagement.
The Commercial Customer Service Manager leads in the management of the Company's intercompany sales activities: maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships and contact with customers.
路 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
路 Minimum of 3 years of technical-related sales experience, preferable in the alloy or aerospace industries
路 Familiar with technical aspects of CM alloys and concepts of manufacturing processes preferred.
Must be able to frequently remain in a stationary position. Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Occasionally required to perform work in a manufacturing setting, occasional exposure to high noise level and heat.
