Welcome to a great opportunity within the Practi team! As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be key in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise-level opportunities. You'll work directly with C-suite stakeholders at some of the most influential groups in the dental industry, leveraging your expertise to deliver value-driven solutions. You'll be the first hire in our enterprise team, giving you a unique opportunity to shape the role as you grow into it. This role will report into the Head of Growth. Why are we looking for you now? We're at a pivotal moment in our growth — the demand from large dental groups has outpaced our current team's capacity. While we've built strong relationships and opened key doors, we now need someone dedicated to nurturing and expanding these connections. As our first Enterprise Account Executive, you'll step into a warm network with huge potential and take ownership of deepening engagement, driving sales, and shaping how we scale in this market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire and grow enterprise accounts within the dental sector - this is more than just a closing role
• Develop relationships and expand your network with the UK's leading dental corporates – no need to start from zero, as we've already got the connections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, CROs, CMO, COOs, Area managers, Clinical Directors, and so-on
• Driving a consultative sales approach
• Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, marketing, product, and customer success) to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs
• Provide market insights and feedback to influence product development and strategy

Practi is building the FinTech for UK Healthcare. At a time when the healthcare landscape in the UK is changing rapidly, we're building solutions for both healthcare professionals, and patients, that increase access to healthcare for everyone.

54% of patients who attend a private medical clinic for an assessment consultation, then decide not to move forward, and our research tells us this either due to patient anxiety and/or affordability of the treatment.

Practi has built a platform that allows clinicians to give their patients a premium experience with educational treatment content to ease anxiety about moving forwards, with an embedded finance solution that allows patients to apply for finance to eliminate affordability as a barrier to receiving healthcare.
