TechOps Level 1 Support Intern

The purpose: As an intern, you will be part of our growing Global Technical Operations. As a Level 1 Support, you'll spend most of your time interacting directly with our users and ensuring they have a stellar PPRO experience. Many of our Technical Operations team members grow to specialise in focus areas like TechOps, Data, Infrastructure, Software Engineering, and Product. If you embody a user-first mindset, are exceptionally tech-savvy, and are an outstanding communicator, we want to hear from you!

What you will be doing:

  • Be the first line of defence: Troubleshoot technical issues and security incidents ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and that our platform remains secure.
  • Master our monitoring tools: Use DataDog to proactively identify and resolve problems, keeping our platform running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with experts: Work with Engineering, Security, Product and Support teams to find solutions, improve our platform and respond to security events.
  • Become a product expert: Master PPRO's products and guide users with your knowledge while also contributing to the security of our systems.

You'll need to have:

  • Flexibility: You're comfortable working a 24/7 shift rotation to support our global clients.

Technologies you will work with:

  • Monitoring tools and dashboards: DataDog
  • Programming languages: Java and Kotlin
  • Cloud-native systems: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
  • Event-driven architectures: SQS, SNS, Kinesis
  • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
