Wat ga je doen?

Als Technical Support Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het installeren, onderhouden en verbeteren van complexe apparatuur en systemen bij onze klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat zij optimaal gebruik kunnen maken van onze producten en biedt ondersteuning bij technische vraagstukken.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Installeren en upgraden van technische apparatuur en systemen bij klanten
• Uitvoeren van onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden
• Modificeren van bestaande installaties om prestaties te verbeteren
• Technische ondersteuning bieden aan klanten, zowel op locatie als op afstand
• Adviseren van potentiële klanten over technische mogelijkheden en toepassingen
• Samenwerken met interne teams om klantvragen efficiënt op te lossen
