Key Account Manager

You will increase revenue through key account management and business development initiatives within the Kitchen and Bakeware markets in Thailand. You will report to Consumer Segment Director and work with the Global Key Account Managers to align the account growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales responsibility for Thailand US$ 5.6MM
  • Grow strategic key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction
  • Develop sales plans and build business development strategies to achieve sales and growth target within your assigned territory.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customers, and channels for expansion.
  • Coordinate technical service teams, technical and internal stakeholders to uplift customer service levels and increase satisfaction.
  • Be the key liaison between customers and technical service teams to ensure timely support.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, opportunity pipeline and account performance reviews.
  • Work with operations, supply chain, technical and finance teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Co-ordinates the activities of all departments with whom the customer has direct contact to provide a cohesive service.
  • Monitor competitive activity within accounts and communicates information to relevant parties.

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent in a relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in a B2B sales environment with multinational customers
  • Strong Key Account Management and Business Development capability
  • Experience in coating, chemical, compound, ink, metal, pre-treatment or similar environment
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Ability to work and influence effectively with management, sales teams and customers
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills for internal and external contacts.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both spoken and written.
