Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for customer service, providing support and follow-up on any issues that may arise related to service quality within our coating services business, Metokote.

You will work reporting to the quality coordinator in our plant located in San Luis Potosí.

Main Responsibilities

• You will communicate with end customers to address complaints related to the quality of the painting services provided.
• You will make efficient decisions to determine and implement actions aimed at resolving service quality issues.
• You will work as part of a team, ensuring follow-up, and coordination with other departments to provide solutions to our customers.

Qualifications

• Education in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• 6+ months of experience with desirable knowledge of painting processes, including E-coat, powder coating, and liquid painting.
• Intermediate English, with the ability to hold business conversations and talk with international customers.
• Basic Excel (data entry, basic formulas)
